How to use Talk Talk

From your Home Phone
Dial 0151 or the Local Access Number for the area you are in, then follow the instructions.
Please note: Local Access Numbers are not free to call from payphones or mobile phones.

National Access
Use the National Access Number (015222 or 0800 165 000) where local access is not available.
Dial 8588 surcharge free for overseas calls.  When using 8588 for calls to New Zealand numbers, a 10c per minute surcharge applies. 8588 cannot work from non-Vodafone NZ mobiles.
For all other mobiles use 015222 / 0800 165 000. A 25c p/min surcharge applies in addition to the destination rate.

Vodafone Mobile Access (surcharge free for overseas calls from Vodafone NZ mobiles)
Dial 8588 surcharge free for overseas calls.  When using 8588 for calls to New Zealand numbers, a 10c per minute surcharge applies. 8588 cannot work from non-Vodafone NZ mobiles.

Recharging
Once the initial value on your card is used up, or you are starting to run low, you can recharge your card using one of the following methods:

Recharge online HERE using a credit card, direct debit or automatic payment.

Recharge over the phone using a Credit card** and get 10% extra credit FREE. It’s so easy, just follow the voice instructions when using your card. A minimum $5 top-up applies.

If the sequence number on the back of your phone card starts with 026, you can recharge your card at most dairies, supermarkets (excluding Countdown) stationers and convenience stores throughout New Zealand.

If the sequence number on the back of your phone card starts with 037, you can recharge your card at most service stations throughout New Zealand.

Or you can buy $10 Recharge Vouchers from selected SmartPay retailers, which come pre-loaded with an extra 10% FREE credit. Follow the steps printed on the voucher to load the value to your phone card.

See the back of your card for the expiry date.

Call Records
Call records are available on request for immigration purposes only. Evidence supporting a request may be required. Call records cost $20.00 for up to 10 cards.
